This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Clayson of the Town of Deal in the County of Kent, gentleman, whereby I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Amy Clayson and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life the use, enjoyment, rents, issues and profits of all and singular my Messuages or tenements, Lands, Hereditaments Real and Leasehold Estates whatsoever and wheresoever situate lying and being, likewise the use and enjoyment during her life as aforesaid of all and singular my Household Goods, Household ffurniture, Utensils, Plate, Linen, Books and China of every sort whatsoever that shall be in, about or upon the Dwellinghouse and Premises the residence of me at the time of my decease and as to all other my Chattels and all my monies, Securities for money, debts due and owing to me and other Personal Estates and Effects whatsoever, I desire and direct the same may be got in and collected and from and immediately after the payment thereout of all my just debts, ffuneral and testamentary expenses invested by the Executors of this my Will in their joint names as soon after my death as reasonably can be to the satisfaction of my said wife to the end and intent she my said wife and her Assigns may by such Investiture be secured the dividends, interest and annual produce thereof when and as it shall and may arise for and during her natural life and to whom I give and bequeath the same accordingly

And subject to my said wifes said life Estate therein I give devise and bequeath all and every my ffreehold Messuages, tenements, Buildings, Lands and Hereditaments and other my Real Estate whatsoever whether in possession, reversion, remainder, or expectancy or whereof or wherein any person or persons is or are seized or interested in my Leasehold Messuages or tenements, Buildings, Lands and Premises whatsoever and wheresoever with their appurtenances and also all and every my Leasehold Messuages or tenements, Buildings, Lands and Premises whatsoever and wheresoever with their appurtenances and all the renewable and other Estate, right, title or Interest which I now have or shall or may have in the said Leasehold Premises at the time if my decease together with the several leases thereof which shall be by then subsisting unto and between my sons John Clayson and Valentine Edward Clayson to hold to them my said sons share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and to their respective Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever or according to the respective natures thereof

And subject to my said debts and the aforesaid expenses and to the aforesaid life Interest of my said wife therein I give and bequeath unto them my said sons equally and to their respective Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely all and singular my aforesaid other Personal Estate and all the intermediate investitures of any part thereof

And I hereby make nominate constitute and appoint my said sons and their Executors or Administrators joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament declaring that they shall each be answerable or accountable for his or her own acts, deeds or defaults only and not the one for the other or others of them

And lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament
