This is the last Will and Testament

Of me Thomas Longley Mourilyan of the town and borough of Deal in the County of Kent, gentleman, made the ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty three, as follows, that is to say :
ffirst I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid by my Executors hereinafter named :

ffirst I give and bequeath to my wife Sarah Clayson Mourilyan all and every my real and personal Estates,all monies, securities for money of whatsoever description they may be, to her during the rest of her natural life and from and after her death to be equally distributed between my six children Thomas Clayson Mourilyan, Elizabeth Mourilyan, Caroline Mourilyan, Charles Mourilyan, Jane Mourilyan and Edward Mourilyan share and share alike,
but my will is, should my said wife marry again that she Sarah Clayson Mourilyan shall only retain the sum of fifty pounds a year to be paid her half yearly out of my said Estate and the other part to be equally divided between my six said children and my will is, should my said trustees think fit they shall be at their liberty to sell all or any part of my real or personal Estate if they shall think proper or to convert the estate and place the amount of income of the public funds or good freehold security in the Kingdom and I also appoint my two friends Mr. Harrison Ralph, corn factor, and Mr. Charles Thomas Hills, wine merchant, joint Executors of this my last Will and I declare that the receipts of my trustees for the time being for any sum or sums of money payable to them under this trust shall effectually discharge the person or persons to whom the same may be given for any moneys received and I also desire that my said trustees shall be allowed all expenses which they may have in fulfilling this trust and I hereby set my hand and seal to this my last Will and Testament this day and as above written  ~ T.L.Mourilyan

Appeared Personally  John Humby of Deal in the County of Kent, esquire, and made Oath that he is the surviving subscribed witness to the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Longley Mourilyan late of Deal aforesaid, gentleman, deceased, the same being now hereto annexed and bearing date the ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty three and he further made an Oath that on the said ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty three the said Testator duly executed his said Will by signing his name at the foot thereof in the presence of him the Deponent and Edward Millgate his fellow subscribed witness both 0f whom were present at the same time and he the Deponent and the said Edward Millgate thereupon in the presence of the said Testator and of each other attested and subscribed the said Will as Witnesses of due execution thereof and having now inspected the said Will and observed the subscriptions of him the Deponent and the fellow Witness to be above the attestation made, he further made Oath that he has no recollection of seeing the same when he the Deponent attested the said Will as a Witness and he truly believed the same to have been added by the said Testator subsequent to the execution of the said Will ~ John Humby ~  on the tenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty eight the said John Humby was duly sworn to the truth of this attestation.
